The following general conditions consider HB TOURISM (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) as the organizer. The present General Conditions are then automatically notified and accepted by both the passenger and its intermediary, to make the hiring of any travel services.

a) APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS: 1) The price and / or booking of services that make up the tour are subject to change without notice when there is a disruption in services, changes in costs or exchange rates provided by no fault of the parties. 2) All amounts paid before the final confirmation of services are perceived as reservation. The final confirmation of the respective services and prices will occur with the ticketing and / or orders and billing for services. 3) Credit operations must meet the requirements set for them. Failing the applicant must complete payment of the balances in the terms and conditions set forth in the contract.

b) PRICE INCLUDES: Accommodation in the hotels mentioned in the itinerary or other equally or more category, occupying single, double, triple, etc., as chosen tariff and taxes. Meal as indicated at every opportunity. Tours and excursions are mentioned. Transfers to and from airports, terminals and hotels, where indicated. The expected amount of days accommodation given that day accommodation is computed from fifteen hours and ends at midnight the following day, regardless of the time of arrival and departure and full or fractional utilization thereof . The tour will be indicated in each case taking the first day, and as a last output including the day of departure to destination, regardless of the time of departure or arrival on the first day or the last.

c) SERVICES OR ITEMS NOT INCLUDED: 1) Extras, drinks, laundry, gratuities, port taxes, taxes on services, VAT and other taxes current and / or future, or any service that is not expressly stated in the order Service issued by the travel agent. 2) stays, meals and / or additional costs or damages resulting from cancellations, delays in departures or arrivals of the conveyances, or unforeseen reasons beyond TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311). 3) Power on the road, except those expressly included in the programs. 4) The costs and interest on credit transactions.

d) LIMITATION THE RIGHT TO REMAIN: TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) reserves the right to leave the tour at any point on any passenger whose behavior, mode of action, health or other serious reasons in the opinion of the organizer cause danger or inconvenience to other passengers or to spoil the success of the tour or the normal development of the same.

e) Documentation: strict requirement rule passengers take all documentation and vaccines (visas, passports, international driver's record and vaccines). It is the responsibility of the organizer if the lack of such documentation not provided the services contracted. Therefore not considered securities returns thereon. Remains entirely with the traveler to have everything you need for personal identification prior to departure and during the entire duration of the trip. You may obtain information on documentation and travel requirements generally through the respective embassies / consulates, and / or airlines involved.

f) CANCELLATION: In case of withdrawal of credit operations will not refund the amounts paid by way of report, administrative expenses, sealed and interests. In the case of withdrawal affecting services hired by the organizer, the refund will be subject to the same contractual conditions under which they serve respective companies. In all cases of refunds, HB TOURISM (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) may retain the price of costs incurred plus commission of ten percent of the contracted services with third parties. In the event that the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to departure date, charges will be 50% for the total. If it occurs within 15 days or "no-show" charge will be 100% relevant, regardless of the reason you have generated such cancellation. If applicable money back, after making the same, under the conditions previously agreed and accepted by the client (agency model and passenger), the customer waives all claims later, noting the receipt of that refund under full compliance and acceptance

g) TRANSPORT NO REGULAR OR CHARTER: rules prescribed in the preceding paragraph. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in these cases only refund the price ratio corresponding to terrestrial services (hotels, pensions, hiking) as determined by the organizer according to operating mode service providers. For the latter clause to be valid must be determined in the first document given to passenger transport quality.

h) Assignment and Transfer: the customer right conferred tourist services contract may be assigned or transferred to other people until 30 days before the departure date, provided they do not conflict with the requirements of this transporter, the hotel or service provider. In the cases that passengers are different ages (over-under) will adjust the price according to tariff. In all cases of assignment or transfer, the organizer may levy the surcharge of 10% of the agreed amount.

i) RESPONSIBILITY: 1) TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) expressly states acting in an intermediary in booking or hiring various services related and included in the respective tour or service reservation: hotels, restaurants, means of transport or other providers. Nevertheless the responsibilities of the company, whether as organizer or travel intermediary shall be determined under the provisions of the International Convention on Travel Contracts approved by Law No. 19,918. 2) HB TOURISM (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) is not responsible for the events that occur by accident or force majeure, weather or acts of nature that occur before or during the development of the Tour that prevent, delay or any way hinder the execution of all or part of the services committed by the organizer, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) disclaims all liability for: loss, damage, theft or damage that may occur both people and their belongings, whatever the cause it originated. Modifications for flight changes and / or times determined by the airlines involved are not the responsibility of the organizer.

j) alterations or modifications: 1) TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) reserves the right, for technical or operational reasons, to alter wholly or partially the daily and / or services that make up the Tour, before or during the execution. 2) Unless otherwise expressly provided, the stipulated hotels could be exchanged for another of equal or higher grade within the same village at no cost to the passenger. For these variations, the passenger will not be entitled to compensation. 3) TOURISM HB (EVyT. Leg. 14,311) may cancel any tour when any of the circumstances set out in Art.24 of Decree No. 2182/72. 4) Once travel has commenced, suspension, modification or termination of services by the passenger for personal reasons whatsoever, will not result in any claim, refund or return.

k) ARBITRATION CLAUSE: Any dispute arising on the occasion of the celebration, performance, breach, extension or termination of this contract shall be referred by the parties to the decision of the Court of Arbitration of the Argentina Association of Travel and Tourism and / or arbitration tribunals operating in their Regional. In case of submission of such jurisdiction, the contractors are held and taken for accepted all the conditions set by the Rules of the Arbitration Court.

l) RULES OF APPLICATION: This contract and if the provision of services, shall be exclusively governed by these general conditions, by Law No. 18,829 and its regulations and by the Brussels Convention approved by Law 19.918. These general conditions together with the other documents that were given to the passengers form the Travel Contract in the said Convention.
